About Us

Dr. William H. Weber and the Board of Education established the South Redford Foundation in July 1989 as a non-profit organization 501c(3). Our sole purpose is to provide financial support for innovative projects that cannot otherwise be funded by the South Redford School District’s operating budget. All projects relate to enhancing educational opportunities for our students. Since the Foundation’s inception, a true partnership has emerged including local businesses, community members, employees, parents and students. Through this commitment, we are able to assist our schools in creating the education we want for our children.
